We look forward to your return to school and have been busy preparing for the academic year. If you are new to our building, ...WELCOME! We anticipate this will be your best year of school, ever!
Casey Park Elementary is committed to excellence! We attempt to maintain open communication between home and school. Our building is full of activity that goes beyond the normal school day. Our extended school day program takes over at 3:30 until 6:00 pm. After that we have evening sports activities in our newly renovated gymnasium.
Please feel free to the main office for more information or refer to the website links for the school event calendar and the student and parent handbook which was created to inform you about policies and rules established for students attending Casey Park Elementary. The information in this handbook was developed through interaction with Site Based Team, parents, teachers, and support staff.
To gain a better understanding of our educational philosophy and mission for helping students learn, review the information in this handbook with your child. We ask parents to work with the school to maximize your child’s academic success. Help your child follow these simple guidelines: don’t miss a day of school, arrive at school on time (8:30 am), complete homework, study for tests, limit TV watching and playing computer games, read together every night, and get a good night‘s sleep. Parents, volunteer in the school or in your child’s classroom whenever possible. Your child will learn from your model. We look forward to the success of your child at Casey Park Elementary!
